Nothing But Nets
Nothing But Nets is a organization that provides insecticide treated nets to families in Africa with the help of donations. Each year, they select a new country in hopes of providing everyone protection from malaria. In 2004, over half of Africa had less than 5% of needed protection; in 2012, only one country has less than 5%. Beginning in 2003, the campaign has raised over $1,000,000 to send nets to places in need. All profits from this race benefit Nothing But Nets. Last year alone, this race provided 648 nets in rural Kenya. Please spread the word of this wonderful race and campaign. With your help one day we will eradicate malaria.
